Odd map zooming world local map transition and centering behavior

When zoomed in on cursor on random spot on map nowhere near your current position, you can zoom 'in' and then switch to your local map, which has no relation to where you were focused on in the world map. Also it doesn't seem to 'recenter' your local map to your current position in the local map when this happens (or in toggle in general) so you're in the black void.

My thinking of how to make this less odd:

  1. Stop the auto switch when zooming in too much on world map or zooming out on local map too much. It kinda feels cool but it's not like...contextually accurate. If I'm zooming in on Red Mountain from Seyda Neen, it doesn't make sense for intense zoom to bring me to my cell in Seyda Neen...and also vice versa when you zoom out from Seyda Neen.
  2. Toggling world <> local map auto centers to your current position. So you can find yourself if you went off into the void. Alternatively some new button to center.
