Map Zooming isn't centered on the cursor for MacOS (trackpads at least)

Issue Description

Zooming is really funky as it isn't centered on the cursor but...unknown something else.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Be on Mac with trackpad and using !5344 (merged)
2. Try scrolling/zooming map
3. It doesn't function reasonably

I have code change to fix this, waiting on the above MR to be merged to be raised as it needs it.
