Trackpad scrolling not working properly on macOS in interfaces/menus

Issue Description

It does initially do a little scroll and then stops. I have to re-start scrolling for it to a litte bit again. So it doesn't seem to continually scroll as it should.

Unclear if macOS only or only trackpad users who have noticed are mac users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch game
2. Attempt to scroll the global map or a long script menu (or anything that allows for scrolling with a mouse wheel, not sure what else).

• Language: English
• Addons: Tribunal, Bloodmoon?
