esmtool dump should output cell reference rotation and door destination rotation

Issue Description

esmtool dump doesn't output items Rotation (and Door destination rotation too)

Steps to Reproduce

1.run esmtool dump Morrowind.esm -C -t CELL >> Morrowind.txt

2.check Morrowind.txt for "Rotation" string in any Refnum: record
