Cursor should be hidden when controller tooltips are visible for spells

In 0.50 RC2, when using the controller support feature the cursor stays visible when using the D-PAD to navigate the magic menu when tooltips are enabled. Disabling tooltips causes the cursor to no longer be visible, as expected. The inventory does not have this issue.
