Dehardcode Storage Data

I can understand if this was removed, but here goes.

Allow for mods the create custom data storage in a dehardcoded method, maybe using SQLite Database.

It could also be used as a base for dehardcoding default data from mechanics and used later on with the multiplayer plans of OpenMW.

I know that there is custom data storage in openmw.storage, but it is more so to be Dehardcoded.
