Use Hand to Hand Hit 2 sound

An alternative hand to hand impact sound. It's fairly similar to the normal sound in the Morrowind content, so it probably wasn't obvious when the normal sound was implemented in 2013, but it's used there. It seems like it's the only other possible variation (i.e. Hand To Hand Hit 3, 4, 42, 69 etc. won't be used if added). Not covered by research. I would say it plays with a 50% chance.
