Add option to make snap work with joystick in applicable menus instead of just D-PAD

Currently with 0.50 RC1 the menu-snap with a gamepad only works when using the D-PAD. For better console parity I think it would be great if there was an optional feature that allowed the joystick to function similar to the D-PAD, with snap, on menus that support it.
