[GUI] Splash screens - scale to fit?

i'm aware of the [GUI] stretch menu background = true setting

it scales images to fill the entire screen.

a setting to only scale them so much until one axis fills the screen would be nice, so you don't loose too much of the images.

this would make sense because morrowind images vary wildly in aspect ratio
