Charm's disposition changes capped on 100, uncapped below 0
OpenMW 0.49 RC7, total-overhaul
Reproduction:
- Set NPC's disposition to 90
- Cast 2 charms, 100 each, with the duration long enough for them to stack up
- Wait for them to expire, disposition is now 0
- Cast only one charm
Expected result: disposition is 100 Actual result: disposition is still 0 and you need the other charm to bring it up to 100
