Launching morrowind path of the incarnate from mod manager causes everytime openmw fatal error frozen

So a few days ago i decided to buy morrowind goty on steam for nostalgic times. I've played some hours in vanilla but i've decided to complete remaster and remod it with path of incarnate via wabbajack. After completing the installation i've tryed several times to load up the POTI from mod organizer but everitime openmw frozen fatal error at the beginning. The strange thing is that when i open directly from openmw the game works fine with 600 mods. i'm using 0.49 version of openmw but i want to play directly the mod pack via mod organizer. I don't know how to repair. Please someone could help me ? The error says to report here and i'm getting crazy
