Witchwither disease and probably other common diseases don't work correctly

Hisin Deep-Raed, who has contracted with witchwither disease, is supposed to be frozen in place due to the paralysis effect, yet moves like normal. This was tested on RC7 without any mods installed or gameplay and animation related changes.
