Changing magic effect base cost doesn't change spell price

For example when I change Feather base cost from 1 to 0.1, buyable spells are recalculated except spell price. Custom spells aren't recalculated at all. Enchantment max charge is recalculated, but not current charge.

I don't know if this is Vanilla behavior, but it would be nice to have this fixed as an option in OpenMW to create more "complete" magic effects rebalace mods.
