Support Morrowind's X-Axis Movement setting

Morrowind has a setting to switch from "Strafe" to "Turn" X-Axis movement, the "Turn" option is specifically great for controllers and some mount/riding mods.

Also would be nice if there was an option to separate horizontal sensitivity when its used or in general, like in Morrowind.
