Wandering NPCs are not capable of avoiding easy obstacles
Like the title says, here I created an easy test case with Urns in the way of the wandering NPCs in a Vivec canton, the Urns are halfway in the ground and should be easy to avoid with obstacle evasion (but they keep running into them): AI_Wander_02.omwsave
Morrowind.exe for reference (its not alway perfect as it would have a problem with big obstacles but works well enough in comparison to OpenMW):
