The launcher no longer remembers the last appended directory during a session

0.48's launcher works fine, but 0.49's launcher always resets to Home directory, tested on Windows 10 and 11.

This is a standard file dialog feature in many applications (even MO2) and it affects UX as usually mod folders are kept close in one global directory (what makes appending mod folders painful when its always rest to Home directory).
