[Feature Request] Damage at the start of the animation optional
OpenMW 0.49 introduced a "fix" that made the damage count at the start of the NPC animation. Although i understand why it was done, it really makes no sense in practice and it removes the possibility of dodging by moving the character out of the place. This heavily cripples the player reflexes skill and so the game play suffers from it. It also makes no sense when the animation is slow (see the bears from Bruma), since no matter how far you are from the NPC, you will get hit nevertheless.
It would be great to have a toggleable option, so the player can opt one way or the other.
