Travel to non-existent cell causes persistent black screen
When a NPC/Creature has an interior cell destination set, that is not present, it will cause the screen to fade out, but the following fade in never happens.
You also have the error: [22:37:39.408 E] Error in frame: Cell does not exist: "ASFC"
Which seems expected. This error can happen most often if the user has cell names translated, but not translated on the travel NPC.
