Multi-effect enchantments are too expensive
We use the full point cost of the enchantment rather than the accumulated cost of the final effect (which includes the previous effects). See the research. This makes enchantment service significantly more expensive than in vanilla. Consider these circumstances:
- the player is a Khajiit healer at level 1
 - the enchanter is Galbedir
 - the enchantment consists of 3 on-touch Weakness to Element effects of 100 pts strength and 1 second duration
 - both the characters are at full Fatigue
 
The enchantment price would be around 30k gold in Morrowind (because the final effect's cost is around 30 points) and around 60k gold in OpenMW (because the full enchantment's cost is 10 + 20 + 30 = 60 points).
This has always been the case since the enchantment service price was implemented in zinnschlag/openmw PR 752 but was in fact overlooked in my PR 2383 given that it tried to bring enchanting up to speed with research.
