Repeated crashes on 0.49 (the Radeon MSAA driver crash/freeze/TDR issue)

Uploading this crash log, bc the crash message told me to. I'm using "Path Of the Incarnate" modlist (that isn't available anymore), that was supposed to run on openMW 0.48 (i switched to 0.49). Problem is most likely on my part, so I don't expect a solution.

Playing on Windows 11, openMW version 0.49(latest beta), Steam GOTY english version. Repeated crashes without apparent pattern during normal gameplay, except the fact that they occur while on Tamriel Rebuild added land. Didn't crash on all other mods disabled (just TR), but I didn't test it for long.
