OpenMW49 suddenly won't start, crashing with fatal errors - despite no changes made

OpenMW49 suddenly stopped working for me. I didn't change anything on my computer and I did not even restart it, but after closing the game and reopening it another time after several hours it stopped loading at all - the game crashes on launch with Fatal Error and message: "OpenMW has encountered a fatal error. Crash log saved to [location]." I'm adding my openmw-crash.dmp file below.

I was using Morrowind Code Patch and the Steam version of the game with Tribunal and Bloodmoon - usual english language version.

I was using plenty of mods including Tamriel Rebuilt, some custom made ones and some popular mods from Nexus, but I've been using the same stuff since a month and nothing bad happens, besides the same error I'm getting now poping up from time to time when saving game - somewhat annoying, but not regular and happening too often to bother.

After reinstalling the game on steam, OpenMW still doesn't work. After installing OpenMW49 once again on a fresh install, it still doesn't work with the same error.

I didn't do anything out of ordinary in game before it broke either, just entered to Khalaan location from TR - but it wasn't the first time, and I loaded the game here multiple times before.
