Actors can generate negative collision extents and have no collision

When this asset is loaded by OpenMW, Bullet generates negative collision extents for it. The asset thus has no collision. I've put together a relatively simple fix for it but I'm unsure what the exact origin of it is. I suspect perhaps there may be more assets out in the wild affected by this, but I've only found this one so far.

The asset works in Morrowind.exe, as well.
