OpenMW-CS: Magic effect changes in omwaddon does not persist after save
Problem: Cannot save changes to existing Magic Effects (even if directly editing an existing omwaddon file
Steps:
- Open an omwaddon file
- Find a magic effect
- Change its name, project tile speed, or "Allow Spellmaking" either on the table itself on via "Edit Record"
- Save
- Re-open the same file
- Result: Nothing gets changed
