Stats menu shows incorrect faction progress for factions with less than 9 ranks

As title says. I have created a faction with the ID T_Mw_NarsisArena with only four ranks. If I use the console to advance myself to the fourth rank, the stats UI says there's another rank with no name and 0 favored attribute requirements. If I do the same in Morrowind.exe, it treats the fourth rank correctly as the final one, and omits the next rank and favorite skills information from the UI.

    • Join the faction (PCRaiseRank T_Mw_NarsisArena), repeat the console command three times, check the stats screen
