Game crashes when launching it.

I launch the game and get as far as the bethesda logo showing up before the error pop up tells me it has faced a fatal crash and creates the dump file. Last time i played before this there was an issue with saving as it wouldn't let me do that unless it was a quicksave. I have some mods. I'm on windows 10 I'm on the development build (OpenMW development (cdf2459e))
