Enabling Distant Land freezes the game a few seconds after loading overworld with Tamriel Rebuilt installed

openmw-crash.dmp openmw-freeze.dmp openmw.log settings.cfg I am using OpenMW v 0.48.0 and have a persistent freeze when loading the overworld only when I have both Tamriel Rebuilt v 23.10.1 (and Tamriel Data HD v10.1) and the Distant Land setting enabled. The freeze always occurs within a minute of walking around any exterior cell. I am experiencing no issues when the Distant Land setting is disabled but I would prefer to play with this setting on. The only other mod I have installed is Intelligent Textures v 2.0 but that was not causing a freeze before I installed Tamriel Rebuilt + enabling Distant Land. I'm using an english Steam version of Morrowind with both expansions installed. Above are all related crash reports, logs and settings.cfg files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: after looking at some other issues on this site, I saw that many people had success when rolling back their AMD graphics drivers to older versions. I did that and the freezes went away. I hope this issue is resolved and drivers can be updated soon
