Casting doesn't support spells and enchantments with no effects

Whenever I take a silt strider to Ald'ruhn, I get a fatal error after about 1 or 2 seconds. Doesn't happen in vanilla Ald'ruhn, but given the error said to report the issue here, I'm assuming you'd want to know about it anyway.

• Windows 11 64-bit
• OpenMW 0.49 Dev Build
• Latest Steam Version, English language, with Tribunal and Bloodmoon
• Does not appear to occur with a vanilla install
• Crash dump - openmw-crash.dmp
• Settings.cfg - settings.cfg
• Launcher.cfg - launcher.cfg
• Game crashes before I can get the location in console, but it's within 2 seconds of getting to Ald'ruhn via silt strider, so I don't have much time to take more than a few steps away from the silt strider NPC.
