Animations bug out when switching between 1st and 3rd person, while playing a scripted animation

No mods. Windows 11. Steam version. Reproduces with a blank settings.cfg.

When playing a scripted animation like idlehh on the player character, and then switching between 1st/3rd person the animation wigs out.

This behavior is present in 0.48 and the latest master, but not in 0.47.
