Water's reflected sky color flickers after transitioning from rainy weather

Steps to reproduce:

  • Load this save: Rainy.omwsave

  • Wait for 24 hours until the rain passes.

  • Jump upwards and move the camera or do like in the video...etc, whatever makes you elevated then fall down and move the camera.

Also affects 0.48 0.49.
