Custom skills and attributes

The Dehardcoding of the Skills and Attributes numbers, amount of skills, attributes and max levels of those skills and attributes. To be able to add new skills and attributes like Survival skill and Constitution attribute etc. I have said this in the forum as well.

I know this is planned but there are no requests in this Git repo.
