vfx mesh behavior fix requests
Trying to make a VFX mesh for a mod, but have problematic behaviors with fog,shadow,shader,stencil. In MW.exe+mgexe these don't occur, and would be nice if i could use the same NIF in both MW.exe and OpenMW.exe without different behavior

Would be nice to have a common fix for these, so future vfx meshes (eg. portals, environment or spell effects wouldn't have the same problem).
