No openmw-navmeshtool in linux v0.48 RC4

I am skipping the usual list of questions, since its referring to in-game things while this is an OpenMW Launcher issue.

I've downloaded the Linux version of v0.48 RC4 and giving it some extensive testing, and so far it seems to hold out.

Unfortunately, whenever I open the Launcher and go to Data Files -> Navigation Mesh Cache and press the button labeled Update I receive the following error.

Running find . | grep -i navmesh through the folder it lists no navmesh related files.

I think the file is missing.
