Resurrecting an actor doesn't take into account base record changes
Per #2798 (closed) it is possible to change an actor's base record. This affects all newly spawned instances of that actor. The first time the base record is overridden, we insert a new ESM::NPC (or whatever) into the savegame dependent part of the store (future overrides merely update that value) leaving the original record intact. At this point we don't update every reference to point to the new base record so any existing references will still point to the original record. Saving and reloading the game will cause them to be updated to the new base record, but if some script resurrects the actor before that can happen, the actor will be incorrectly reinitialized using its original stats.
