Crossbow reloading doesn't look the same as in Morrowind
The fix for #4495 (closed) in an effort to avoid some abrupt transitions caused by movement animation blending introduced an alternative crossbow reloading animation behavior where it would only play for the upper body, which of course leads to an "unrealistic" look that seemingly goes against the animator's intention.
It should be preferable to stay consistent with Morrowind and use the lower body portion of the animation when it's possible, and expect future mods to be able to remedy this.
#6989 (closed) tracks a mechanics issue that might cause the result to look worse than in Morrowind.
