Nerasa Dralor Won't Follow

I started the "To the Fields of Kummu" quest, but Dralor stopped following and just stood there, even after "Travel together". She was in the middle of the path, so she wasn't obstructed and we weren't attacked.

She followed me initially, but I had to quit right after I first talked to her. She seems to be stuck where she was when I restarted the game.

I went back to a previous save and tried to get the problem to repeat and I couldn't, including when I saved and restarted after starting the quest. I also tried with a different follower (Kaghouti Mating/Lost Freind), and that also worked fine.

So all I have is one broken save, attached.

I am running KDE Tumbleweed on an I5 with an AMD RX 560 (OpenGL). I am testing RC1. Broken.omwsave
