Morrowind.exe soul gem usage discrepancy
With Morrowind.exe trying to use an empty soul gem by dragging it on the player character in the inventory produces an sNotifyMessage32 GMST message, with "Only soul gems with a soul can be put in the soul gem slot." default value.
In OpenMW the message is not produced, which can lead to user's confusion, e.g. see I can't use Lesser Soul Gem on OpenMW Reddit thread.
With Morrowind.exe trying to use a soul gem via a "player->equip" command (e.g. "player->equip misc_soulgem_petty") selects a filled soul gem, if it's present, irrespective of whether there are non-filled soul gems and of the order of addition of filled and non-filled soul gems to the inventory.
In OpenMW filled soul gems are not used if they were added to the inventory after non-filled ones. In particular, it sometimes prevents activator "Enchanting Table" from OAAB_Data mod (used in e.g. Telvanni Council House Lounge Room mod) from working properly.
