Throwable weapons cause arrow enchantment effect to be applied to the whole body

- What are the exact steps to reproduce the problem?

1. Equip an enchanted arrow, such as an "Ebony Arrow of Slaying" and an Throwable weapon, such as "steel throwing star".
   
2. Start throwing the weapon, this will initially trigger the whole character glowing the same as the arrow.
   
3. Depending on seemingly random behaviour, your character may glitch out further after throwing more, and start affecting the external shadows around the player.
