HitOnMe doesn't fire as intended

Works in vanilla, not in OpenMW.

- Add the resources in the attached 7z to your data directory
- Enable the ESP
- Go to Caldera and find the Wood Elf Hobin Rood outside the gate
- Accept his challenge and note the
HitOnMe "PC_wc" == 1block in the target dummy's scriptPC_targetscriptdoes not fire when he makes a successful hit
- What did you expect to happen? What happened instead?
HitOnMe "PC_wc" == 1 should fire and the player should see a messagebox indicating that Hobin Rood's score has increased.

`key by default, the key above Tab), click on the problematic object, then use the betacomment (bc) instruction to get useful information about the object that you can copy and paste into the bugreport:
