The kobolds in the skyrim: home of the nords mod are oversized

This happened only on OpenMW, in vanilla the kobolds are ok. I am running OpenMW in a Windows 10 and my version is the 0.47.0. I'm using the Morrowind with all the addons and the landmass mods from TR and PT respectively. The step to reproduce the problem is basically find one of the kobolds from the pic while playing the Shotn mod.
