Constant effect absorb attribute causes the game to break

I don't remember if you're even supposed to be able to make such enchantments in vanilla, but anyway here's how to reproduce this bug in openmw 0.47 (tested on win 10):

  1. Make an enchanted item with a soul that enables constant effects
  2. Choose your item to enchant
  3. Choose constant effect
  4. Choose the absorb attribute effect
  5. Select the specific attribute to absorb. Upon doing this the game should freeze/break/crash or whatever. I don't know what to call it. The game stops responding but the music keeps playing. For me it happened every time. After clicking around a little bit some bizarre things happen:

First time this happened to me I was in balmora. In a house. After this bug I saw my character standing in the coast east of Vivec (where I had been adventuring a while ago) The game was frozen but the music was playing

I restarted the game and on the second try after the bug I only got a black screen (with the music playing)

Last test I got a frozen bethesda launching cinematic ????

I'm not using any mods aside of Tribunal, Bloodmoon and the master index thing. Attached a save file just in case.Test.omwsave
