Nightly AI Pathfinding issue

On the latest nightly, during the quest A Bet with Galbedir, Galbedir has issues returning to her desk upstairs. She basically stopped where the picture shows and was acting as if she hit an invisible wall, she kept trying to go forward and changing direction but just can't go any farther. Resting for an hour (only in the building) fixed the issue and was then at her desk.
