PlaceItem/PlaceItemCell/PlaceAt should work with levelled creatures
There is a fab_cent_fight_watch
script in Tribunal, which has such instructions:

in_dwe_all_tribunal
is a levelled creatures list. In vanilla such commands resolve levelled list and spawn creatures, while in OpenMW they break script execution:
Execution of script fab_cent_fight_watch failed: unable to copy class to cell
That's because copyToCellImpl
is not implemented for CreatureLevList
class.
Interesting that PlaceItem and PlaceItemCell do not support levelled items in vanilla engine, only levelled creatures.
