Failed quest "Erabenimsun Nerevarine" for no reason

0.47.0 Windows RC7

Out of seemingly nowhere I got B4_ErabenimsunKill while chilling in Vivec. I've barely started the main quest. I've never been near an Ashlander camp. I looked up where it is to check who died. They're all alive.
