Infinite Casting Loop

4. Using latest version of Morrowind - English.
5. Using Morrowind Rebirth 5.5.1 and Welcome to the Arena 6.7 (with patch)

Issue: Fight the lightning casting altmer (arena_fighter_9) or Golam Othrelas (arena_grand_champion). Once they start casting their infinite storm loop, the storm graphics begin staying on screen permanently.

Expectation: Enemy would cast spells and continue fighting. The lightning storm and fire storm spells wouldn't cast infinitely in a loop and the storm graphics wouldn't stay on the screen, especially once the fight is over.

Location: Vivec Arena. Or just spawn a hostile mage with infinite mana, high stats, and the storm spells and make them hostile.
