Command and Calm and Demoralize and Frenzy and Rally magic effects inconsistencies with vanilla
Those are the issues present:

In OpenMW You can cast any of these effects' spells that are meant for creatures (Calm Creature...etc) on NPCs however they won't modify the targets' stats or have an effect on how they behave, and you can cast any of these effects spells that are meant for NPCs (Calm Humanoid...etc) on creatures however they won't modify the tragets' stats and won't have an effect on how they behave, but In Morrowind when you try to cast any of these effects' spells on the wrong target there will be no VFX visible on the wrong target (in other words casting the spells on the wrong targets won't apply the spells at all).

Calm Creature works on Daedra and Undead (stops combat with them) but it doesn't modify their fight stat, in Morrowind it modifies their fight stat.

Frenzy, Rally, and Demoralize Creature effects don't work on Daedra or Undead, but In Morrowind those effects work on them and modify their stats.
This has been tested in vanilla Morrowind no MCP, mods or whatever.
Please ignore the wikis and test this in the game itself.
