Documentation: how to make a creature model with animations.
We don't have any documentation on how models and animations for creatures are created. There is a general article on how to get animated models into OpenMW via COLLADA https://openmw.readthedocs.io/en/latest/reference/modding/custom-models/pipeline-blender-collada.html but without any specifics.
The scope of this task is to create a creature and add it to the Template. Along the way, the process will be explored and documented. Beside an article on RTD, the creature asset in the Template will serve as an example how it's done.
So far it looks like that the bones can be arbitrarily named, as they don't need to fit the system for NPCs and player (characters). Need to check about the root bone if a different name breaks root movement (likely).
Animations are named the same as with characters and are presumably plugged into OpenMW based on their name. Needs to be checked whether a textkeys file is required for creature animations (most likely yes).
Less known to me is the way to define sound effects that play during animation clips.
