Include pathgrid to navigation mesh

This will allow to find more paths via Navigator because pathgrid can define correct paths can't be found via navmesh due to precision problems (more true positive). Also this can introduce more invalid paths due to incorrect pathgrid (more false positives), but for now this doesn't make situation worse than it is. Pathgrid validation is another issue.
