Stationary particles are not supported, particles are not inverted vertically, magic glow overrides native NiTextureEffect
Kurp recently pointed out on discord that there are multiple issues with particle rendering in OpenMW compared to vanilla, he has thankfully documented them in a pdf and linked to a RAR that has demonstrations of the effects errors in OpenMW
