Disposing of actors who were selected in the console doesn't deselect them like vanilla
In OpenMW disposed of actors who were previously selected in the console window don't get deselected and commands can work on them, you can even resurrect dead (disposed of) NPCs in exteriors (haven't been able to do that in interiors).
In Morrowind disposed of actors get deselected from the console.
While this is obviously a diversion from vanilla and it's buggy (you can't resurrect disposed of creatures like a mudcrab in an exterior, for example), Does it have use cases in Multiplayer or Scripting?
