Equipping a CE enchanted ring deselects an already equipped and selected enchanted ring from the spell menu

If your character is equipping for example two enchanted cast-on-use rings with the last equipped one selected in the spell menu, equipping a constant effect ring will deselect it from the spell menu, unlike how it works in vanilla where it wouldn't get deselected.

To test this, open the console click on the player character and type these commands:

additem "dire flamebolt ring" 1
additem "dire shardbolt ring" 1
additem "ring_wind_unique" 1

Equip the dire flamebolt ring then the dire shardbolt ring and select it in the spell menu, after that equip the CE enchanted ring and it will deselect the dire shardbolt ring.

This behavior becomes very annoying when the player has a lot of enchanted items and spells and scrolls and then has to find the the ring that was selected from the spell menu to select again even though it was selected and the player wanted to cast using it.
